Specialist - Depositary Services

Citco Custody Limited Position

The Citco Banks offer our clients the ability to transact, place cash on deposit and access foreign exchange markets and loan facilities. Operating from multiple locations globally, we provide custody and depositary services and credit facilities, with our solutions fully integrated with our fund administration and corporate and trust offerings.

Citco Custody Limited (CCL) provides depositary services to CFS clients with over $350bn in net assets. Operating in strategic global centers CFS provides clients with access to best of breed process and technology of which CCL plays an important role.

As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across depositary services.

Please note this role is hybrid not fully remote (3 days in office per week is mandatory).

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• You will ensure adherence to all policies & procedures.
• You will monitor activity within client cash accounts and compliance with investment and borrowing restrictions.
• You will perform safekeeping and asset verification checks.
• You will perform comprehensive independent reviews of Net Asset Valuations.
• You will liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
• You will deal with all queries received in a professional manner.
• You will have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• You will provide ad-hoc project support.

Qualifications

About You:

• You have a third level business/finance qualification.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.).
• You are able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• Previous fund admin or depositary/ custody/ trustee experience within the Irish funds industry is desirable but not a pre-requisite.

Salary Range | EUR 22000 - EUR 34000 (depending on experience)
