What You’ll DoAs a Front of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Preparing food and beverages with care and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to meet health and safety standards.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellent service. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as customer service or food preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences.
