RN Senior Care Manager — Lead Complex, Person-Centered Care

Centene Corporation seeks a Senior Care Manager (RN) to support high‑risk members with assessments, care planning, outreach and complex caseload management. The role also assists with case setup and training. The candidate must reside in North Carolina, hold an NC RN license, and have care management experience.
