About the Role:

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests
Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

Provide respectful and compassionate care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and medications
Participate in regular training and education sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and regulations
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a warm and welcoming environment
Respond to emergencies and provide support as needed
