Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Copy Center Associate to join our team in Coraopolis! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience operating print and finishing equipment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products while providing outstanding customer service. Location: Coraopolis, PA 15108. On-Site team is responsible for managing the copy center at a large retailer's corporate headquarters. The facility includes an on-site food court and fitness center, providing employees with convenient dining and wellness amenities. Responsibilities Assist customers with print, copy, scanning, and document finishing requests Operate and maintain digital copiers, printers, laminators, binding equipment, and other finishing equipment Prepare files for printing and copying and ensure jobs meet our customer specifications Monitor print quality and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment; Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Process orders and maintain accurate records Assist with maintaining the copy center - clean, organized, and ensure supplies are well-stocked Provide professional, friendly service and recommend products or services that meet customer needs Qualifications Must have access to reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
