Job Purpose:
- The Central Cake Manager at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for overseeing the cake decoration process, ensuring high-quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing inventory, training staff, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Central Cake Manager will collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and delicious cakes that meet customer expectations and contribute to the bakery's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the cake decoration process.
- Interact with customers ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Uphold quality standards.
- Manage inventory, including supplies and ingredients.

Required Education:
