本科及以上学历
3年以上教育行业及/或销售相关工作经验
持有有效美国驾照，并有可靠交通工具
具备优秀的组织协调及规划能力
具备良好的沟通表达及演讲能力
具备优秀的客户服务意识
能独立完成工作，并具备多任务处理能力
性格积极开朗，具有领导力及团队合作精神
中英文书面及口头表达能力优秀
有耐心、责任心及同理心
熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件及各类办公设备具备教育机构管理、企业管理、教学或青少年教育相关经验者优先
工作内容负责校区课程安排及运营管理，制定课程及活动计划
策划并执行招生宣传及市场推广活动，提高校区招生人数
定期与学生及家长沟通学生学习情况、学业规划及大学申请规划
建立并维护学生档案，跟踪学生学习进度及成长情况
为新客户提供课程咨询，介绍课程及升学规划服务
招聘、培训及管理教师和行政团队
制定年度预算，监督校区财务及账务管理，控制运营成本，提高校区经营效益
参与课程开发及教学质量管理，不断优化课程体系
完成公司安排的其他运营及管理工作
工作时间每周工作不少于40小时。
