Delivery Director: Banking & Large-Scale Implementations

Backbase Americas HQ

Backbase is seeking a Delivery Director to manage and oversee project delivery for the US Hub. You will collaborate closely with a Customer Success Manager and other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and drive successful project implementations. This role requires 8+ years of experience in delivery and leadership, particularly within banking or financial services. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers at the executive level, guiding project strategies, and managing diverse teams to ensure successful delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr Backbase
