Delivery Director: Banking & Large-Scale Implementations

Backbase Americas HQ

Backbase is seeking a Delivery Director to manage and oversee project delivery for the US Hub. You will collaborate closely with a Customer Success Manager and other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and drive successful project implementations. This role requires 8+ years of experience in delivery and leadership, particularly within banking or financial services.
