Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $22 – $24/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support front-office and back-office operations, including patient care, clinical procedures, and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, in addition to an externship.

• Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred.

• Phlebotomy and venipuncture experience required.

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required.

• Strong front-office and back-office clinical support experience.

• Current BLS or CPR certification.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and computer skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and room patients while providing a professional and welcoming experience.

• Obtain and document patient vital signs and other clinical information.

• Perform blood draws, phlebotomy, and venipuncture procedures.

• Administer vaccines and provide additional clinical support as needed.

• Perform EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing.

• Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming calls.

• Support front-office and back-office operations.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in EMR/EHR systems.

• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and center staff.

• Assist with health education and patient outreach initiatives.

• Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control procedures.

• Provide additional administrative and clinical support based on center needs.
