About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Health Center Services to provide senior leadership for its network of health centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, accessible, and culturally responsive care across all programs and service lines. This role requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare operations, particularly in integrated care, FQHC, or behavioral health settings, and a proven track record in operational excellence, clinical integration, and financial performance. The VP will lead the strategic direction of all health centers, develop and implement standardized workflows, and partner with key stakeholders to advance integrated primary care-behavioral health models. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Health Center Services include driving performance on quality metrics, value-based care measures, and patient experience outcomes, as well as managing health center budgets and productivity targets. The role also involves workforce leadership and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience. Strong knowledge of AHCCCS, Medicaid managed care, FQHC operations, and value-based care models is essential, as is the ability to lead through influence, build strong partnerships, and drive organizational change.
