About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead revenue growth and lead a dynamic team across the Western US. The successful candidate will be a strategic K-12 sales leader with a proven track record in driving and growing curriculum sales, particularly in California and other western states. This role demands an entrepreneurial executive with deep K-12 market knowledge, strong enterprise sales leadership, and the ability to align divisional sales strategy with company revenue goals and market priorities. Major responsibilities include managing and developing a high-performing regional sales team, driving pipeline growth, and building in-market relationships with key education decision-makers. The ideal candidate will also be adept at coaching teams on consultative selling, and competitive differentiation, and will use data and market insight to improve sales productivity.
