Ken Garff Kia Avondale is hiring experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team in a brand-new approximately 40000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art dealership facility .

We are looking for proven automotive sales professionals who understand how to work both Internet leads and showroom traffic build customer relationships follow up consistently and close deals.

This is an opportunity to grow with a new dealership operation while having the support training and tools needed to succeed.

COMPENSATION

$7000$16000 PER MONTH

INTERNET FLOOR SALES

This position will work with both Internet customers and traditional showroom/floor traffic.

Internet Sales

• Respond to Internet and digital leads
  
• Follow up by phone text email and CRM
  
• Build relationships before customers arrive
  
• Set and confirm quality appointments
  
• Maintain consistent follow-up
  
• Convert Internet opportunities into showroom visits and sales
  
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
  

Floor Sales

• Greet and professionally engage showroom and lot traffic
  
• Identify customer needs preferences and budget
  
• Present and demonstrate vehicles
  
• Conduct professional test drives
  
• Explain vehicle features technology and benefits
  
• Build value and establish customer trust
  
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
  
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance
  
• Follow the customer through the complete sales process
  
• Generate repeat and referral business
  

TEKION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous Tekion experience is required.

Candidates should be comfortable using Tekion for customer management lead follow-up CRM activity and dealership sales processes.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience
  
• Experience selling new and/or used vehicles
  
• Tekion experience
  
• Experience working Internet leads and showroom traffic
  
• Proven follow-up and appointment-setting skills
  
• Strong customer relationship-building abilities
  
• Experience conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
  
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
  
• Ability to work effectively with Sales Managers and Finance
  
• Professional appearance and communication skills

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced dealership environment
