Sales Recruiter

Sales Hatch is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Recruiter to join our Atlanta team. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses hire top talent while developing valuable skills in recruiting, sales, and client management. What You’ll Do Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and culture fit Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain accurate CRM and ATS records Write and post compelling job advertisements Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process Follow up with candidates and clients after placement to support a successful onboarding experience Partner with teammates to improve recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and client delivery Bring urgency, professionalism, and a winning mindset every day What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Highly organized with strong attention to detail Coachable with a desire to learn and improve Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, or human resources Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not required Uncapped commission opportunities Health stipend Paid time off Hands-on recruiting training and mentorship Clear career advancement opportunities Collaborative, in-office team environment Opportunity to build your career with one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing recruiting and sales organizations Sales Hatch partners with companies across the United States to help them grow through recruiting and outsourced sales development.
