Corporate Recruiter
Who : Seeking an experienced recruiter with at least 3 years of expertise in hiring Physician Assistants (PAs) and Doctors.
What : Responsible for recruiting qualified PAs and Doctors, proficient in UKG, and implementing proven sourcing systems.
When : Position available immediately.
Where : Based in Atlanta, GA.

Position Overview :
The Healthcare Recruiter will focus on recruiting top healthcare talent, including Physician Assistants and Doctors, while leveraging advanced recruitment tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and hire qualified PAs and Doctors.
- Utilize UKG and other sourcing systems to streamline the hiring process.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in UKG and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
