Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs and supporting speech-language services in educational environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work onsite and effectively collaborate with supervising SLPs and educational staff

Core Responsibilities:

• Directly assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students
• Support students in developing essential communication and language skills according to prescribed goals
• Document session activities, progress, and student outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions and related activities
• Participate in meetings and contribute insights regarding individual student progress
• Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations for school-based therapy services
