Join Our Client as a Manufacturing Engineer in Dublin, VA a world leader in commercial transport! Bring your engineering degree and 4+ years of manufacturing experience (or Associate's + 8 years) to establish production methods and drive continuous improvement.

salary: $42.10 - 50.00 per hour

responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain optimal production methods, standards, tooling, and equipment to ensure stable, efficient manufacturing operations.

• Identify, implement, and standardize process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and ergonomics principles to enhance plant safety, quality, and cost performance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct manufacturing design reviews, support prototype builds, and manage manpower requirements for new products.

• Evaluate workforce placement, analyze assembly data, and develop accurate production standards using predetermined time systems (MCTM/MOST).

• Deliver hands-on engineering support, lead technical programs, and mentor other Manufacturing Engineers to achieve plant operational goals.
