General Dentist | Permanent Opportunity | Odessa, TX
We're seeking a General Dentist to join a dental clinic in Odessa, TX, in a full-time, permanent role. This is an opportunity for a dentist with at least one year of experience to take the lead as the clinic's primary provider, deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, and help build a strong, supportive team.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:
- Preventive care, comprehensive exams, and treatment planning
- Restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
- Simple and surgical extractions
- Root canal therapy (RCT)
- Dentures and other prosthetic treatments
- Cosmetic dentistry and orthodontic aligners
- Emergency dental care
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- 8 AM-5 PM
- Permanent position with an ASAP start
Practice & Technology
- Dental clinic serving patients of all ages
- Solo-provider setting with the opportunity to help build the clinical support team
- Support staff will be hired once a dentist is selected
- Equipment includes an intraoral camera, air compressors, sterilization equipment, and a Cavitron
- Credentialing typically takes 1-2 weeks

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Texas dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- At least one year of dental experience required
- Comfortable providing a broad range of general dentistry procedures
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care
