Nursery Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Assistant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating individualized routines for our youngest learners, ensuring each child receives the personalized care they need. Your responsibilities will include assisting with feeding, managing nap schedules, and performing diaper changes, all while providing a nurturing and attentive environment. If you have a passion for early childhood education and possess a caring, detail-oriented approach, we would love to hear from you!

Expectations:

  • Be ready to play with the kids You need to be attentive and engaged in the classroom.
  • Be dependable Show up on time daily.
  • Be quick and efficient during tasks Don't let your phone or conversations distract you.
  • Be confident when speaking to parents YOU are responsible for their most prized possession, make them feel confident in you!
  • Be professional Appear well-groomed, have excellent communication, be respectful, honest, formal, and focused.
