As our Client Success Leader, you will make sure those people win: backing our Client Success Managers and recruiters, solving the hard problems, turning around the accounts that need it, and finding new ways to help clients hire better across everything we do, from temporary staffing to direct hire to executive search.

This is a rare director-level role with a clear path. You will start by owning client success across all of our recruiting accounts. As the team grows, the role is designed to grow into Senior Director, Recruiting Solutions , with direct leadership of the Client Success Managers.

What you will do

• Be the escalation partner for front-line Client Success Managers and recruiters, and join strategic conversations with our biggest clients when it counts.
• Raise the bar on quality: set service standards, review accounts, and turn what you learn into better playbooks, training and process.
• Spot at-risk accounts early, build the recovery plan, and win back trust and growth.
• Keep the book healthy by watching revenue, margin and retention, and shaping pricing, renewals and account plans with Finance and Operations.
• Help clients attract better talent through recruitment marketing, employer brand and smarter sourcing.
• Grow accounts by finding new locations, job families and services, working side by side with Sales and Marketing.
• Bring new ideas to the table, including how AI and leading technologies can make our service faster, sharper and more personal.

What you bring

• 10+ years in staffing, recruiting, talent management or workforce consulting, including 5+ years in client success, account management or account leadership.
• A track record of turning around at-risk accounts and growing existing ones.
• Experience across industries, from manufacturing to retail, and across service models, including temporary staffing, direct hire and executive search.
• Financial confidence: you can read an account’s margin and know what to do about it.
• A consultative style and executive presence, from the front line to the C-suite.
• A genuine commitment to helping people succeed, curiosity about AI and new recruiting technology, and a coach’s instinct for developing people.
