Nurse Supervisor – Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide unit-based leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing and ancillary personnel using professional and supervisory discretion.
• Ensure delivery of cost-effective, professional patient care that results in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
• Assess and implement steps to improve the quality of the patient experience.
• Maintain the highest level of patient safety within the unit.
