Maintenance Sales Representative (Outside Sales / Hunter) Location: Santa Clara Compensation: 60-100K + uncapped commission Industry: HVAC / Mechanical Services / Facilities About The Opportunity A well-established and rapidly growing mechanical services provider is seeking a high-performing Maintenance Sales Representative to drive new business growth within the commercial sector. This is a true hunter role, focused primarily on prospecting, developing, and closing new preventative maintenance agreements. The company has a strong market presence, a full suite of service offerings, and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions across a diverse portfolio of commercial facilities.
