This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 7:45am-3pm, from the beginning of March through the end of the school year. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license and appropriate state certification
• Previous school-based experience is highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress tracking
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills for speech, language, voice, and fluency
• Excellent communication and organization abilities
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments, including screenings, evaluations, and interpretation of results to determine student needs and eligibility for services
• Deliver individual and group therapy, targeting articulation, language, AAC, social communication, fluency, and related areas
• Adapt therapy plans according to student progress and evolving needs
• Develop and document IEP goals; present findings at IEP and eligibility meetings
• Complete all required compliance, Medicaid billing, and administrative documentation
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, psychologists, administrators, and families
• Consult and train staff on communication strategies, accommodations, and RTI/MTSS supports
• Stay current on state and federal regulations, managing caseloads and therapy resources
