Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator - Mental Health Clinic

NYPCC is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual - Spanish) for a full-time, on-site role in New York. The position requires welcoming clients, checking in/out using the EMR system, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and processing referrals with HIPAA-compliant care. Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma, have 1–2 years of reception experience in medical or community health settings, and are proficient in MS Office.
