Digital Marketing Manager

We're seeking an Integrated Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale digital marketing capabilities across strategy, technology, content, automation, and analytics. This highly visible role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives on building processes from the ground up, optimizing performance, leveraging emerging technologies, and delivering measurable business results. What You'll Do Develop and lead the organization's digital marketing strategy, roadmap, and operational framework to support sustainable business growth. Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, digital infrastructure, analytics tools, and system integrations to improve efficiency and scalability. Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid media, search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events. Drive demand generation initiatives that increase brand awareness, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion performance. Design and optimize customer journeys, landing pages, lead nurturing programs, and conversion pathways using data-driven insights and testing methodologies. Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, enhance content creation, improve reporting, and maximize marketing effectiveness. Create compelling executive presentations, board-level materials, sales enablement assets, and internal communications using strong visual storytelling principles. Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of innovative marketing practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related disciplines. Proven success developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns. Experience managing marketing technology platforms, digital ecosystems, and marketing operations. Strong track record of driving lead generation, conversion optimization, marketing attribution, and measurable business outcomes. Experience implementing marketing automation workflows and utilizing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and campaign performance. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing within highly regulated or complex industries. Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), customer segmentation, and demand generation strategies. Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, website management systems, and analytics tools. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, performance marketing, and customer journey optimization. Proficiency with presentation development, executive communications, and visual storytelling. Understanding of AI-powered marketing technologies, automation tools, and emerging digital trends.
