Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Bassett is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team as a Residential Generator Maintenance Technician . Technicians are paid weekly and enjoy uncapped commission opportunities .

Pay: $25-$50+/hour plus uncapped commission
High-performing technicians can average $50+ hourly income.

What You Will Do:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential standby generators.
Perform inspections, diagnostics, and maintenance to ensure generators are functioning at optimal performance.
Assemble, test, and wire generator systems and related electrical components.
Educate homeowners on the safe operation of their generator systems.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute generator installations according to job specifications and local codes.

What YOU Bring:

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing residential standby generators (Generac, Kohler, or similar brands is a plus).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols.
Willingness to work as part of a team.
