Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated litigation attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join their Overland Park, Kansas office. Duties Manage a dynamic caseload from start to finish. Participate in courtroom, mediation, and deposition activities. Engage in professional growth through mentorship and collaboration. Work with a well-established client base in various civil matters. Requirements 0-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills. Experience or willingness to learn all stages of litigation. Proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills. Admitted to practice in Kansas or Missouri, with eligibility for both states. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Kansas or Missouri. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
