Current, active PA or NP licensure in Georgia is required. Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible) Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State License Active DEA license or eligible to obtain 3+ years clinical experience in internal medicine or primary care practice setting.
