Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for bringing brands to life through high-quality signage and graphics? FASTSIGNS Oakland is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Sign Installer to join our team in Oakland, CA. As a core member of our install team, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch signage solutions to our clients across the Bay Area. From walls and windows to vehicles and construction zones, your work will make a real-world impact. Join us and become the go-to expert that our clients trust and request by name. Daily Responsibilities: Install a wide variety of signage, including dimensional letters, vinyl graphics, ADA signage, standoff-mounted panels, window films, wall murals, and more on various surfaces. Conduct site visits or assess project notes to plan for each install, confirm measurements, understand surfaces, and ensure readiness of hardware and tools. Assist in preparing signs and materials before installs, organize tools and hardware kits, and coordinate with the QC team. Operate hand tools, drills, lifts, ladders, and measuring devices. Problem-solve field conditions related to mounting limitations, uneven surfaces, or unforeseen obstructions. Document job progress, take completion photos, and communicate with the team. Follow safety protocols in all work environments and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace. Required Skills: Experience in signage, construction, or related hands-on fields. Familiarity with sign types, mounting methods, and fasteners. Comfort using ladders, lifts, drills, and hand tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and be on your feet most of the day. Strong communication and customer service skills. Salary and Benefits: The Sign Installer position at FASTSIGNS Oakland offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
