Commercial Cleaning Team Lead (Part-time/full time) ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is a part of an organization with over 60 years in business. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. This role works in conjunction with the Field Supervisor to maintain high cleaning and service standards across various job sites and demands a hands‑on approach, leadership skills, and a dedication to ensuring the success and growth of our business. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for clients in and around Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is flexible, takes pride in their work, is safety conscious, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a professional setting. This role plays an important role in helping to maintain business continuity by supporting and filling in for the Field Supervisor. Benefits Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Responsibilities Supporting custodial staff Conducting training sessions Managing inventory Performing inspections Stepping in to fill operational gaps Working to maintain customer satisfaction Site walkthroughs / inspections Travel to different job sites to conduct regular inspections, assessing and maintaining cleaning quality standards Report and/or address customer complaints promptly Perform inventory checks at site accounts and the warehouse to ensure adequate supplies are available, informing Field Supervisor of low stock Assist with delivery of supplies to designated job sites Regularly check and maintain all cleaning equipment, reporting missing or broken equipment to the Field Supervisor Maintain assigned cleaning accounts Fill in and provide support for other cleaning accounts as needed Regularly visit the laundromat to wash and maintain cleaning cloths and uniforms Uniforms: Ensure all cleaning staff wear the proper uniform when on-site Attendance: Monitor attendance and punctuality of the cleaning staff Training: Support the training of new and existing cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures, emphasizing best practices, and safety protocols Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years commercial cleaning experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle customer complaints professionally Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the demands of the business Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license required Availability to work 20-25 hours per week Competitive hourly wage Flexible work schedules Opportunities for additional hours and advancement within the company Paid training Qualifications Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years commercial cleaning experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle customer complaints professionally Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the demands of the business Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license required We are an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceMaster DSI
