Location: Charleston, WV
Schedule: Part-time/Temporary - Monday through Friday 8-4:30pm

United Talent is currently hiring for Temporary QuickBooks & Administrative Coordinator in the Charleston, WV area. We are looking for dependable candidates who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth. Must have experience with QuickBooks Desk Pro 2024
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Manage front-office flow and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize QuickBooks Desk Pro 2024 for basic office, accounting-related tasks and payroll
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Assist office staff with administrative support as needed
- Fax, scan, print, and prepare documents for mailing
Requirements
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- QuickBooks 2024 proficiency is REQUIRED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience in using standard office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain resourceful
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and customer-focused attitude
