Bilingual Patient Access Specialist
South Texas Health System
South Texas Health System is seeking a front desk registration associate to interview patients or guardians, collect demographics, verify benefits, and determine eligibility for hospital admission. You will obtain signatures for payment responsibility and handle calls, supply orders, and correspondence as requested. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in healthcare business office, strong customer service, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. CPI training within 6 months of hire is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
