I've been with State Farm my entire career, starting in Finance and interning right out of college before eventually pursuing my dream of agency ownership. I'm married with three daughters, and my husband — a third-generation insurance agent — now works alongside me in the business. I'm bilingual and a proud graduate of St. Ambrose University, where I earned both my B.A. in Accounting and my MBA. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
