Telecom Drill Bores OperatorAt TelCom Construction, LLC, you'll be responsible for operating drill equipment to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure.Connecting you to great benefits:Weekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What you'll do:Determine bore path and locate utilitiesSafely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasksVerify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore pathUtilize "Mud" mixing systemsDevelop and maintain a bore scheduleResponsible for site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenancePerform work in all weather conditionsOther duties as assignedWhat you'll need:To be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experienceValid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving recordValid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain itExperience with drilling equipment, including their capabilities, limitations, and drill setup and design processesPhysical abilities & exposures:Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, in confined space and remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 poundsOccasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouseThe wage range for Directional Drill Operator Maple Grove is $24.00 - $35.00.Why work with us:Your career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
