Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through assessments and examinations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and document treatment programs that adhere to physicians’ guidelines, making necessary adjustments based on patient responses.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery in home therapy settings.
• Engage in continuous communication with patients and their caregivers, providing education about treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Strive to meet and exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute towards overall clinic business objectives through exemplary service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Promote a positive rapport with clients to motivate them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic encompasses a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.

• Proficient in technology, particularly in word processing and electronic record systems.

• Experience in home health care or outpatient physical therapy environments is highly desirable.
