Marketing Coordinator - Hawaii Pacific University

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator I provides support in all administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, filing, communicating with client and customers, and scheduling of staff. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate, answer telephones, and operate fax machines and copiers in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $26.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Must have strong professional etiquette
• Strong digital literacy required i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Must have previous customer service experience

Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience preferred 
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
