Work Environment This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while serving our outpatient patients effectively. Your primary working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs. You will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated mental health professionals, ensuring continuous communication and support for our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and strengths. Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your techniques to meet the specific needs of each patient. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while complying with HIPAA regulations, ensuring each patient's privacy is prioritized. Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care for clients. Engage in regular team discussions and peer review meetings to enhance our collective approach to patient care, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality services. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower informed decision-making. Stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in the mental health field to provide the most effective strategies for patient recovery. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. From individuals struggling with severe anxiety and depression to those dealing with the aftermath of trauma, your role will be crucial in delivering tailored therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with clients who are committed to making positive changes, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and growth. Qualifications A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. Ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques effectively, demonstrating an understanding of each client's unique circumstances. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allowing for meaningful connections with clients and their families. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability to navigate complex situations creatively and effectively. Preferred Experience Previous experience providing counseling in an outpatient setting is preferred. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
