Supply Chain Master Data Analyst

The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst reports to the Supply Chain Systems and Analytics Manager and is responsible for managing and maintaining both Item (Parts) Master Data and Supplier (Vendor) Master Data within the organization’s ERP system. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems while supporting end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, and vendor onboarding. The analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure master data meets operational and business requirements. This role operates within the Supply Chain Master Data team structure and may be primarily aligned to either Item (Parts) Master Data or Supplier (Vendor) Master Data, based on business needs. Cross‑training and flexibility across both areas are expected over time to support team coverage, workload balancing, and continuous development.
