Accountants Are Responsible For

Preparation of journal entries, variance analysis and financial reporting duties.

Position Responsibilities

1. Monthly closing duties such as preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
2. Variance analysis and interpretation.
3. Knowledge of financial statements.
4. Customized invoice processing and cost of revenue calculations.
5. Thorough documentation of work.
6. Communication of work results.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting is required

Training: NA

Skills: Excel development spreadsheet skills are required (as demonstrated in interview)

Experience: Two years of accounting experience preferred.
