• Shift: Night (6:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 2 FTE) / Day (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 1 FTE, may extend to 7:00 PM in fall)
• Hours per week: Variable, schedule provided by the facility
• Employment Type: Temporary, ongoing inpatient coverage
• Licenses/Certifications: Missouri license, BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Experience: 1.5-2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant or hematology/oncology experience

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient support for adult bone marrow transplant and hematology/oncology patients
• Conduct admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning
• Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
• Manage transplant-related complications like GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Collaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams

What You Need

• Missouri license as a Physician Assistant
• Board Certification in Physician Assistant
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• 1.5-2 years of inpatient hematology/oncology or BMT experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
