Community Recovery Counselor & Advocate (Home & Field)
Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare
The Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare Recovery Counselor role focuses on assessing clients across medical, emotional, social, and environmental needs to plan treatment through home, community, and office visits. You will provide motivational, strengths-based, trauma-informed care to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring conditions, using harm-reduction approaches. As part of a community-driven team, you will deliver 60-75% of services in the field, manage your own caseloads with #J-18808-Ljbffr Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare
