AP/AR COORDINATOR – $20.00/HR

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Finance team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, code, and reconcile vendor invoices
- Prepare and schedule vendor payments
- Generate customer invoices and apply customer payments
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts
- Research and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Assist with month-end reconciliations, audits, and general Finance support
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial records
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of AP, AR, or general accounting experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Accounting, Finance, or Business degree strongly preferred
- Experience with accounting/ERP software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00/hour
