Regional Medical Director, Long-Term Care & Geriatrics

Medlead Careers is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for nursing home and long-term care facilities. You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating closely with nurse practitioners, nursing leadership, attending physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
You will support regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement initiatives, and help develop clinical best practices across facilities.
