- Assist in cardiovascular surgeries, including vein harvesting and arterial procedures
- Support surgical teams during complex cardiovascular operations
- Monitor patient status pre- and post-operation
- Ensure adherence to safety and procedural protocols
- Document procedures and patient information accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Required:
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Louisiana
- Experience with endovenous vein harvesting and radial artery procedures preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience working in cardiovascular surgery settings
- Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing / Physician Assistant Accreditation
