Allied / Tech - MRI Tech
Cross Country Allied is seeking an MRI Tech for a travel assignment with Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This position involves 12-hour night shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7pm to 7:30am. The technologist will never work alone; there will be 4-5 staff members present on the shift requested. Procedures include Neuro, MSK, and body scans. Equipment used includes Philips machines (2X1.5T and 1 3.0T) all closed. Procedures range from 40-120 minutes, with 2 scanners running 24/7. The tech will perform injections. There are 3 rooms total. Looking for a motivated individual with the ability to handle a higher volume of requests but will have leadership and physician support. Traveler will not be required to take call. Must have AART (RT, MRI) and AHA BLS.
