Direct message the job poster from Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc / Division of Arrow Group of Companies AWS/CES is looking for a Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities Perform data entry during month-end close including A/R, A/P, job costing, and intercompany transactions. Prepare journal entries and reconcile GL accounts to source documents. Match and input vendor and customer information into accounting software. Maintain accounting for fixed asset purchases and depreciation. Assist with vendor check preparation, EFT payments, and other duties as assigned by the Plant Controller. Maintain confidentiality and internal controls. Provide support to off-site and location employees as needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance. Strong knowledge of A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
