Benefits & Leave Analyst: Compliance, Guidance & Enhancements

CoStar Group, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Benefits and Leave Analyst responsible for managing leave of absence and disability programs. The analyst will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring compliant and employee-focused program delivery while supporting benefits management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
