HR Coordinator

Job Details Description About the Position E Ink is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and Corporate Learning operations. This is an entry-level role and no previous experience in HR is required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands‑on experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Learning, and Employee Engagement. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Managing job postings on company website, LinkedIn, and other job boards Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens Scheduling interviews for candidates Processing and maintaining candidate non‑disclosure agreements Generating offer letters Managing background and reference checks Supporting candidates through the interview process Handling all internal hiring administration Assisting with interview management Performing college recruiting, including attending job fairs and networking events Sourcing candidates Supporting the onboarding process Corporate Learning Handling all course administration requirements, including managing the learning management system, enrolling learners, and coordinating with instructors Responding to inquiries from employees Supporting the corporate learning committee meeting Publishing internal communications about learning opportunities Employee Engagement Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events Managing weekly lunch providers and internal food & beverage market Managing employee shuttle service We’re looking for someone with A passion for working with people Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications Interest in using AI and other tools to improve efficiency Qualifications Undergraduate degree required Previous HR experience helpful but not required Salary Range Disclosure The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $32.00, not including any variable pay. The total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other variable pay components. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
