Location: Wakefield, MA (On-site, 3 days per week)
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Schedule: Part-time / Hybrid (3 days weekly)
Employment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and employee inquiries
Schedule interviews, coordinate recruiting logistics, and support talent acquisition efforts
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Support employee relations initiatives, engagement programs, and internal communications
Prepare HR reports, track key metrics, and assist with audits as needed
Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects and daily functions
Qualifications
2+ years of HR coordination, HR administration, or related experience
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
