Human Resources Manager
On site at Aiken, S.C
Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of the recruitment process including the pre-employment and onboarding process.
- Enter requisitions and hire authorization forms in applicant tracking system.
- Update recruitment tracking.
- Support local candidate attraction measures such as advertisements or career fairs.
- Support the local interview process.
- Prepare salary analyses.
- Support the pre-employment process by following up with internal and external stakeholders and the candidates.
- Prepare new hire documents.
- Support other areas of HR as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Good oral, written and presentation communication skills
- Good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
- Good ability to work independently and with little direction.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
- Excellent ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
- Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
