This role typically includes overseeing sales floor activities, helping guide and support store associates, and ensuring that merchandise is well‑presented and accurately stocked. The Lead assists with opening and closing procedures, monitors adherence to store policies, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment. This position also supports basic administrative and operational tasks as directed by store leadership, such as handling point‑of‑sale functions, executing promotional setups, and communicating customer and team feedback to management. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse shoppers and team members. Retail or hospitality experience, including familiarity with sales floor operations, merchandising standards, and basic cash handling. Basic leadership capabilities, such as guiding peers, supporting training, and helping maintain accountability for store procedures. Solid communication and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to resolve customer concerns and collaborate with store leadership.
